I totally forgot to mention that
we bought Addison a new big girl bed in January! She was getting way too big for her crib
setup and was constantly falling out. We
bought her a Twin sized bed on a random Friday night. My parents went with Addy & I to the bed
store, my dad as the babysitter, my mom as the haggler helper. We got home with our new bed the same time
Justin got home from work. The four of
us together worked quickly and removed the old crib furniture & mattress
and got her new bed in and made up in no time.
She was really excited to finally move up in the world. She’s been doing a lot better at staying in
her bed the whole night, but we are nowhere near her being in their all the
time. She is a light sleeper, seems to
have some wacky dreams and tosses & turns a lot.
The weather has started to turn
and we've had some really nice days.
Justin, Addy & I went to buy a new bird feeder to welcome the good
weather. She excited to see some birds,
but no such luck yet! Perhaps it’s
because she is always touching the bird feeder or the fact that she yells out “come
get your food, birds”! Anyways, hoping
the weather stays nice and we have some bird visitors…such an exciting life!!
