This first month has been all about getting used to living
as a family of four. Addison is
completely in love with her sister. She
wants to be near Hailey, hug & kiss Hailey and do anything that involves
Hailey. Unfortunately, Addy has had a
nice little cough & cold since we brought Hailey home so we’ve had to ask
her many times to not kiss Hailey. Addy
has been most tough on me, but Justin says we should be happy she is so
accepting of Hailey. I definitely agree
with him, it’s just hard to hear Addy be so unhappy with me. She asks if I still love her and why I never
want to snuggle with her anymore…she basically rips my heart and once she goes
to bed I have a good cry and hope the next day is better.
Sleeping –
Hailey has been waking up every 2 hours at night, not the most fun! She naps on and off all day and is most happy
when snuggling.
Eating – she
has a 2oz. bottle every couple of hours.
I feel like she is hungry all the time!
We are trying out different formulas because she seems to be super gassy
at times. She is most gassy/fussy at the
wee hours in the morning.
Clothing – my
tiny baby is still in NB clothes! They
are running a little big on her even! I
didn’t have many NB outfits because Addison flew through that size so we had to
buy a few things.

Loves – she
loves to snuggle and fall asleep on someone’s chest. She loves watching her big sister and seems
mesmerized by her. She is a happy baby
for the most part and even enjoys bathtime.
Hates – she
really doesn’t dislike anything currently.
She is very happy most of the time and cries very little.
